Physical Wellness Programs
Physical fitness plans include baseline health checks, workplace ergonomic assessments, personalised fitness plans tailored to suit the employee/client. Each plan considers the individuals requirements, goals, access to facilities, time pressures, physical limitations and provides everyone the opportunity to progress forwards with their physical goals.
